Welcome to a New Beginning

Our tiny home community is designed to support individuals recovering from addiction and overcoming mental health challenges.

This is more than a home—it’s a fresh start toward a brighter future.

Our Mission

Build homes and support people rebuilding their lives.

Our Vision

To build communities where safety, compassion, and hope grow strong

The homes would be built on permanent foundations. They would follow the national building code regulations, the same codes that apply to regular sized homes would be followed. All CSA approved for fire, electrical, structural health and safety.

They will be constructed for safety, accessibility, dimensions, and energy efficiency. Providing value to the community at large and serving a passion to help people to better their lives.

Sparrow Landing will be a community where healing is attainable by living in a clean recovery oriented community for guiding individuals back into the community. Providing social and economical development which enables freedom by improving people’s lives to reach their full potential.

Too often people return to the same environments that contributed to their struggles without access to stable housing or supportive connections. This lack of ongoing support leads to relapse, creating a heartbreaking revolving door that not only impacts lives but also costs tax payers millions of dollars each year.

Sparrow Landing was created to break that cycle, providing a safe sustainable tiny home community where healing continues long after treatment ends.

Housing is the first part of a recovery plan once an individual has completed their treatment for their addiction. Once people have recovery they still need support, this is where relapse falls into play. Offering a drug and alcohol free living environment for people in all stages of recovery is what is missing in treatment from addiction in our province.

Providing supportive housing is evidenced based practice for:

This campaign is to raise $100,000 to purchase land for a safe, supportive tiny home community for individuals in recovery from addiction and mental health challenges on PEI. Homelessness is a pressing issue on PEI. Individuals in recovery face significant barriers to stable housing.

If 1,000 Islanders each give $100, hope becomes homes. Every donation brings us closer to building a safe, supportive community. Smaller contributions — such as $10 from friends, coworkers, or family members — can also be pooled together to make a meaningful impact.

This campaign unites our community, raises critical funds, and creates a model for compassionate, supportive housing on PEI. With board approval, Sparrow Landing Tiny Homes can take the first step toward bringing hope and stability to Islanders in need — one tiny home at a time.
